A-Perustus Oy's management system was put to the test by DNV Business Assurance Finland Oy Ab. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliant quality and occupational safety system passed the three-day audit without any deviations.<\/p>\n\n<p>This time, management, safety at work, procurement, planning and the most significant ongoing site projects were under special scrutiny. Observations and areas for improvement were identified. That's how it should be. After all, it's a bit like a car inspection to see if you can still drive a car. It's a good idea to take a cup of coffee to the garage and listen to what's positive about the Volvo this time and what kind of improvements can be found. It's then nice to tackle the areas for improvement, knowing that driving will continue to be safe and the ride will be smooth.<\/p>\n\n<p>The year saw another huge leap forward in terms of both activity and numbers. It feels good now, but in a year's time people will probably laugh \"remember last year when...\", and we will be light years ahead of the previous year. Since progress is constant and taking leaps takes energy, we dug in the toolbox when we changed the tyres and found our weekly sporting event with the team. It's time to jump again!<\/p>\n\n<p>Our words of the day are \"weekly check\" and \"Friday summary\". Who can live without them? Read Rick Pastoor's book Grip and you'll know what we're talking about.
