During recent years, A-Perustus has focused its efforts on developing the company from building foundations to doing heavyweight concrete construction work.

Metsä Group relies on the A-foundation

A-Perustus has been heavily involved in Metsä Group's Kemi bioproduct plant project. The cooperation between the companies has been very smooth and has increased A-Perustus' position as a strong industrial construction expert.

A-Perustus has already cooperated with Omexom Oy on several substation projects. The projects have been longer-term construction contracts, for which A-Perustus has carried out the concrete structures and in some cases also the earthworks. We interviewed Seppo Yli-Renko, who has been involved in several of the projects and works as a construction manager at Omexom Oy.

A-Perustus Oy and Metsä Fibre, a Metsä Group company, have signed a contract for the construction of the foundations for the pipeline and conveyor bridges and related civil engineering works for the future bioproduct plant.
