Anfra is executing a full-scope BoP (Balance of Plant) contract for the Akkula Big Battery project, comprising both eBoP and cBoP. The Akkula Big Battery is one of Finland’s most significant BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects, and notably, it is the country’s first "four-hour battery."

eBoP = Electrical Balance of Plant
An electrical engineering contract that includes all cabling required for the project, for both power and communications.

cBoP = Civil Balance of Plant
A civil engineering contract that includes all infrastructure works required for the project, such as earthworks, utilities, and foundations.
