The year-long development work reached its culmination when A-Perustus' management system was audited by DNV Business Assurance Finland Oy Ab.
The motivation behind the certification of the management system has been the desire to further develop the company's operations both towards customers and internally. A-Perustus' increased industrial customers influenced the choice to certify the management system according to the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard.
"The certification of the management system supports the company's operations in a holistic way and contributes to the implementation of our strategy. We take care of our employees and the safety of our common site, so the certification of the health and safety system was a natural part of the management system certification process", comments Marko Liukko, responsible for the development and certification process.
On 17 August 2021, A-Perustus has been awarded the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certificates for meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards. The certificates cover conventional concrete structures, their design and related construction works.
